Classic D&D Cache: Brother-in-law gets house, I get “Junk”

The previous owner left boxes of "junk" in the house. It turned out that the one of the boxes had a well-maintained copy of the 1st edition rulebook for Dungeons & Dragons, along other assorted RPG paraphernalia.
